2. Products for Inspiration Only

All prints sold by Francesca Choofon LLC are offered strictly for personal, decorative, or reference use (i.e., for design inspiration only). No intellectual property rights—such as reproduction, redistribution, commercial use, or resale—are transferred to customers unless explicitly stated otherwise.

This matches the policy used by other studios and ensures clarity:

“By buying a photographic print, you are only acquiring material ownership of the print. No other rights are granted or implied.” 

3. Copyright & Intellectual Property

All copyrights, trademarks, and other IP rights in the prints remain with their original creators.

Buyers do not receive any reproduction or derivative usage rights unless explicitly granted in writing.

Sale of a print does not transfer or license any copyright. 

4. Accuracy of Descriptions & Images

We aim to display clear, accurate product descriptions and images. However, variations in screen display, lighting, or printing may occur. Our materials are sold “as-is,” without any warranty—express or implied—for accuracy, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. 

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Francesca Choofon LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of our prints. 
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Florida.
